Happy Fall! Is there really any better time of year? I love Summer, but to me there is nothing better than sweater weather, boots, bonfires, changing leaves, and pumpkin everything. While I have yet to have my first Pumpkin Spice Latte of the season, I have already munched on some Pumpkin Spice Cheerios (YUM) and I feel ready to start on all of my Fall baking. Over the next few months, I will be sharing a lot of recipes for Fall using seasonal fruits and veggies: pumpkin, apple, squash, Brussels sprouts, etc., as well as warming, nutritious meals made in the crock-pot.
