Hi, I’m Christina. I am not a writer, photographer, dietitian, or personal trainer. I am not an expert. I am just a girl trying to eat healthy and stay active in the busy world we all live in. When I started this blog back in 2015, I had recently graduated with a master’s degree, began a full time career, got married, and bought a house. While doing all of those things, it was difficult to find balance in my life. After a lot of trial and error, I can say that I do have a system that works for me. I’m currently working full time as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a public school in Pennsylvania. I’m also working towards a second master’s degree in English as a Second Language. Through this blog, I’m hoping to show people that leading a healthy lifestyle can be easy to achieve and easy to maintain.
