HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY!
Hoping everyone is enjoying their long weekend and remembering/honoring all of the amazing individuals who have fought for and served our country through the years.

I am not giving exact measurements for this recipe or nutritional information (because that would depend on exact measurements) because the amounts greatly depend on the size and shape of the popsicle molds used. Just know that they are made with all natural ingredients, are vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free. They are also super cute and patriotic. Make to enjoy today or whip up a batch for the 4th of July in a few short months. If you don’t have popsicle molds-get them! They are so cheap on Amazon and so much fun to use in the summer. I love making smoothies and freezing them in popsicle molds. Kids love them too!

Ingredients: Strawberries, chopped Blueberries

Coconut Water

Directions: Layer strawberries and blueberries in popsicle molds, taking care not to over-stuff the molds. Fill the molds with coconut water, leaving about ½ inch at the top to allow the water to expand as it freezes. Freeze at least 4 hours. Enjoy!
