Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed chai tea
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Sea salt, for garnish
  • Optional: caramel sauce for drizzling

Directions:

  • Heat the Milk:
    In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
  • Combine Ingredients:
    In a blender, combine the warm milk, brewed chai tea, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  • Serve:
    Pour the latte into two mugs. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top for that salted caramel flavor.
