Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mango (fresh or frozen, diced)
  • 1 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups kombucha (your favorite flavor)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Directions:

  • Prepare the Fruit:
    In a blender, combine the mango and blackberries. If using honey or agave, add it to the blender as well. Blend until smooth.
  • Strain (Optional):
    If you prefer a smoother drink, strain the fruit puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.
  • Mix with Kombucha:
    In two glasses, divide the fruit puree and top with kombucha. Stir gently to combine.
