Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes (or your favorite variety, cut into wedges)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2-3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (chopped, or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  • Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Prepare the Potatoes:
    In a large bowl, toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Arrange on Baking Sheet:
